DANIEL AMEH popularly known as D’PRAIZ was born on September 13th,1991. He is an urban contemporary gospel musician who hails from BENUE State, Nigeria. He’s from a family of four, two girls, two boys.
He went to THE Lord’s Nur/Pry Sch, later went to Calvary International College, then moved to Scores College to finish up SSCE. He then moved to the Federal College of Agriculture Moore plantation, then to National Open University to study Environmental Science and Resources Management (B.S.C).
DANIEL AMEH portrayed interest in music right from childhood, as at an early age of 8, he played the Drum Set at CHURCH without being taught, Through the year, he grew through the ranks, perfecting his skills.
DANIEL AMEH is a dedicated member of Assemblies of God Church where my Daddy is one of the Rev’d and also a presbyter in Ibadan. This great artist was raised and brought up in the way of God, He believes God inspired him to do what he is doing today.
In his words, ‘I never dreamt of Singing, I always wanted to be an Agriculturist, I just found myself doing music because my environment was all about music.’
He has worked with Gospel artists like Prince Goke Bajowa, Kenny Ara, Philip Pyno, Ayobami Ajewole Woli Agba, Adegbodu Twins and El’Noel.
His 1st and 2nd albums are all critically acclaimed successes. It is an impressive work that will stand the test of time. It has been widely downloaded and streamed across Nigeria and beyond and it’s still out fast in stores.
He is also credited with various nominations including The AGMA Awards 2020
He has hosted several concerts, tours, online worship and also ministered in churches within Ibadan and outside.
D’praiz is also the convener of one of the biggest gathering of great ministers and loudest concerts in Ibadan tagged ” PRAISE UNLEASHED”
His first debut album “Rain Of Blessing” was released in 2019 consisting of 3 tracks and a bonus track, the second album ” OTISE FUNMI” was released in 2021 with 6 tracks.
Dpraiz has 3 videos to his credit and is working on a new single for the year title, THE MADE KING which will be dropping soon.
